粉碎处理提高竹溶解浆的反应性能

         

摘要

为提高竹溶解浆的反应性能, 采用粉碎法处理竹溶解浆, 分析粉碎处理后竹溶解浆福克(Fock)反应性能、 打浆度、 聚合度的变化, 并对其纤维形态、 晶型结构、 表面形貌进行表征.结果表明: 电动搅拌机6 min的粉碎处理使竹浆的Fock反应性能达到80.2%, 比未经处理浆提高了17.4%;聚合度由529降至515, 下降幅度仅为2.6%.该处理方法通过对纤维的分散及切断破坏了浆料纤维致密的聚集结构, 形成绒毛状纤维, 增加了纤维横截面, 提高了细小纤维含量及比表面积, 同时提高了打浆度、 降低了纤维长度及纤维素结晶度.最终在保证高聚合度的情况下, 提高了浆料的可接触面积, 达到改善反应性能的目的.%The study was aimed at improving the reactivity of bamboo dissolving pulp by grinding treatment.The effect of grinding time on reactivity was investigated by analyzing the Fock reactivity, degree of beating and degree of polymerization.Pulp quality was further characterized by fiber morphology, crystal structure and appearance.The results showed that the Fock reactivity reached 80.2% and increased by 17.4% after 6 min of grinding treatment;degree of polymerization decreased from 529 to 515 and only declined by 2.6%.The grinding treatment induced the formation of fuzzy fiber and increased the cross section of fiber by cutting and dispersing, which led to add the fines content and specific surface area and increase the beating degree, decreasing fiber length, and the crystallinity of cellulose at the same time.The accessible surface area of bamboo pulp was increased, which led to the enhancement of reactivity since keeping the polymerization degree at high level.
