含端炔硅烷偶联剂处理石英纤维对透波用QF/PSA复合材料界面影响

         

摘要

A novel silane coupling agent (AG-2 )containing terminalalkyne groups was synthesized and intro-duced to promote the interfacial bonding performance of QF/PSA composites.The interactions among the cou-pling agent,resin and matrix were characterized.FT-IR and 1 H NMR spectra indicated the well preparation of AG-2.Gelation time and TGA analysis showed that heat-resistant performance of PSA was hardly influenced by AG-2.TGA,XPS,SEM and surface energy analyses inferred effective chemical bonds formed between fiber surface and AG-2 as well as the resin and AG-2.The surface energy of QF increased which made interface matched.Significant enhancement of ILSS and flexural strength of modified composite was achieved and promo-ted by 34.77% and 38.30% compared to those unmodified.%运用一种结构中含有端炔的硅烷偶联剂(AG-2),提高透波用石英纤维(QF)/含硅芳炔树脂(PSA)复合材料的界面粘接,运用 TGA、XPS、SEM、AFM、表面能分析等表征了偶联剂与纤维、树脂的相互作用。凝胶时间和 TGA 分析表明 AG-2加入对PSA的高温性能影响不大;TGA、XPS、表面能匹配分析等推断 AG-2的作用机理为偶联剂分别与纤维表面、树脂基体发生化学偶联,同时增大了 QF 的表面能,改善了与 PSA 的表面张力匹配;偶联剂处理后QF/PSA复合材料界面粘结强度增加,复合材料的力学性能提高,层间剪切强度(ILSS)和弯曲强度分别较未处理前提高了34.77%和38.30%。
