在微波辐射下,以四丁基溴化铵为催化剂,靛红酸酐、芳香醛和铵盐为原料,乙醇为催化剂,三组分高效合成2,3-二氢-4-(1H)-喹唑啉酮类化合物。目标通过乙醇重结晶纯化得到,收率在75%~92%。产物用熔点、核磁共振氢谱、质谱对其结构进行了确认及表征。与已报道的其它合成方法相比,该方法具有反应时间短、收率高、实验操作和后处理步骤简单、对环境影响小等优点。%Tetrabutylammonium bromide was taken as an effective catalyst for a three-component sequential reaction of isa-toic anhydride,aromatic aldehyde with ammonium salt in alcohol solution to synthesize 2,3-dihydro-4-(1H)-quinazolinone derivatives under microwave irradiation. The target products were purified by ethanol recrystallization. The yield was ran-ging from 75% ~92%. The structures of compounds were characterized by melting point,HNMR and MS. Compared to other synthetic methods have been reported,the method has advantages of short reaction time,high yield,simple experi-mental operation and post-processing procedures,and little influence on the environment.
