The article adopts microwave digestion method to process the soil sample and determines the heavy metals in soil based on the ICP-AES .Then ,the article compares the results with the national standard .Result of determination show that the content of Cr ,Mn ,Cu and Zn is respectively 21 .00mg · kg-1 ,340 .12mg · kg-1 ,21 .88mg · kg-1 and 151 .25mg · kg-1 . The content of Cu and Cr meets the requirement of national standard .The content of Zn reaches the second-level of national standard while Mn is not regarded as a pollutant .The method has the advantages of high sensitivity ,low time-consuming , high accuracy and precision ,which is a superior method to analyze the content of heavy metals in environmental medium .%利用微波消解法对土壤样品进行了处理,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(IC P -A ES )对土壤样品中多种元素进行了同时测定,并与国家标准作了对照。结果表明:Cr :21.00 mg · kg -1,Mn:340.12 mg · kg -1,Cu:21.88 mg · kg -1,Zn :151.25 mg · kg -1;Cr、Cu含量符合国家一级标准,Zn含量符合国家二级标准,Mn不作为污染物质。该法灵敏度高,耗时短,结果准确,是一种分析环境介质中的重金属元素含量的优越方法。
