After disinfecting by potassium permanganate solution , the seed of phoebe bournei is respectively soaked with water and no .6 rooting powder solution ,using four groups of different raw material with light media container . The results show that average ger mination rate of the seeds of Phoebe bournei soaked in water is 80 .60%,while that of the seeds soaked in the no .6 rooting powder solution sis 86 .40%,which indicate that the average ger mination rate of seeds soaked by no .6 rooting powder solution is higher than that soaked in water by 6 .24%.The height increment of 1a is between 38.20 and 43.70 m,the width of ground diameter is between 0.42 and 0.50 cm,the crown breadth is between 37.20 and 40.20 cm.In the test group A,the average height,ground diameter and crown breadth is 42.30 cm,0.44 cm and 7.09 cm respectively.The average increment in group A is higher than that of test group B ,C and D by 2.92%,4.44%,and 7.09%respectively.The diameter of group A is coarser than that of group B ,C and D by 4. 35%,9.09%and 11.62%respectively.The crown breadth of group A is larger than that of group B ,C and D by 1. 72%,8.59%and 10.08%respectively.%对闽楠种子应用高锰酸钾溶液消毒后,分别用清水和6号生根粉溶液浸种,采用4组不同原料配置轻基质容器进行了育苗试验. 结果显示:闽楠种子用清水浸种的种子平均发芽率为80.60%,用6号生根粉溶液浸种的种子平均发芽率为86.40%,生根粉溶液浸种的种子平均发芽率,比清水浸种的种子平均发芽率提高6.24%. 1年生的苗木生长量高度为38.20~43.70 m,地径粗0.42~0.50 cm,苗冠幅37.20~40.20 cm. A试验组的轻基质容器苗木生长量平均苗高42.30 cm、径粗0.44 cm、冠幅7.09 cm,分别比B、C、D试验组的轻基质容器苗木生长量平均高大2.92%、4.44%、7.09%,地径粗4.35%、9.09%、11.62%. 苗冠幅大1.72%、8.59%、10.08%.
