This article anlyzes the present situation of contruction waste management in China ,and discusses the foreign advanced mangement experience from the aspects of legislation ,government participation ,establishment of management organizations and industrialization in order to explore the effective methods of construction waste mangement and improve the domestic management system .%从我国建筑垃圾处理现状出发，结合我国国情并针对建筑垃圾管理问题从立法、政府参与、管理组织建构及产业化处理等多个维度对比借鉴了国外先进建筑垃圾管理经验，以完善我国的建筑垃圾管理体系，并探索了有效的建筑垃圾管理方法。
