板栗壳对废水中 Pb2+吸附性能的研究

         

摘要

Using the chestnut shell as adsorbent to adsorb the Pb2+ in wastewater , the experiment studies the adsorption time ,the amount of adsorbent ,initial concentration of Pb2+ and the influence of wastewater's pH value on adsorption process .Scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) is adopted to analyze the physical properties of adsorbent and the kinetic analysis is adopted to analyze the adsorption process of Pb2+ .Matching the experimental results through isotherm models explores the adsorptive property for Pb2+ in wastewater .The results of experiment show that the time of equilibrium adsorption of chestnut shell for Pb2+ is 80 minutes .When initial concentration of Pb2+concentration is 50 mg/L ,the optimal dosage of chestnut shell is 3 g/L and optimal pH value of wastewater is 6 ,the removal rate of Pb2+ can reach 94 .65% .The imitative effect of adsorption process is the best when using pseudo -second order kinetic equation and the adsorption process conforms to Langmuir isotherm models .%以板栗壳作为吸附剂吸附废水中的P b2+,实验研究了吸附时间、吸附剂用量、P b2+初始浓度以及废水pH值对吸附过程的影响;采用扫描电镜(SEM )分析吸附剂的主要物理特性,对Pb2+吸附过程进行了动力学分析,通过等温吸附模型对实验结果进行了拟合,探讨了废水中P b2+的吸附性能。研究结果显示:板栗壳吸附Pb2+吸附平衡时间为80min ,Pb2+初始浓度为50mg/L时,吸附剂最佳投加量为3g/L ,最佳pH值为6,吸附平衡时Pb2+去除率可达到94.65%;吸附过程以准二级动力学方程拟合效果最好,吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型。
