The axis control of tunnel driving in the shield engineering by a small radius curve ,which were the strong problems with high systematicness and comprehensiveness . This article analyzes hinged seal leaking drain sand accident occurred in driving the tunnel shield of an interval of Nanjing Subway ,finds the related reasons ,and concludes the existing problems of the accident ,so aso to provide references for further improvements .%指出了盾构沿小半径曲线掘进时隧道轴线控制，是一个系统性和综合性极强的问题。对南京地铁某区间隧道盾构掘进中发生的铰接密封漏水漏沙事故进行了分析，找出了相关原因及其存在问题，为控制改进提供参考。
