森林蔬菜有机化栽培与加工技术探讨

         

摘要

分析了千岛湖主体经营者浙江省淳安县新安江开发总公司在森林蔬菜有机栽培、加工和功能性产品的开发上取得的成效。根据生产实践,从栽培地选择、精细整地、繁殖方法、肥水管理、中耕锄草、病虫害防治、采摘收获等方面探讨了森林蔬菜有机化栽培和加工保鲜技术,为森林蔬菜的开发利用和示范推广提供技术支持。%Forest vegetable is one of the worldwide popular health foods. Xinan river development controlling corpora- tion Chunan county Zhejiang province, the main operator of Thousand--isle Lake, has been engaged in the development and utilization of forest plants resources for ages,and has achieved obvious effect in forest vegetable organification cultivating,processing and functional products development. According to production practice, summarized a series of forest vegetable organification cultivating, processing and preservation technology including choosing cultivation milpa, careful land preparation, reproduction methods, fertilizer and water management, intertillage weeding, pest and insect control, picking and harvest and so on, to provide technical support for forest vegetable development, utilization, demonstration and popularization.
