PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the light convergence efficiency by providing plural condenser lenses that are arrayed so as to further converge into a specific range the lights having their incident directions limited to a fixed direction by an incident direction adjusting means which varies the angles of other condenser lenses according to the incident directions of the incident lights. SOLUTION: Transmitted lights of respective condenser lenses 1 are converted on nearly one point by the dome-shaped arrangement of the plural condenser lenses 1, etc. Namely, the incident direction adjusting means 11 equipped the condenser lenses 1 is provided which has a mechanism for varying the angles of the transmitted lights according to the incident angles so that they are always perpendicular.
