A survey has been made of the species composition and ecological and biological habits of climbing plants in Matoushan Natural Reserve in Jiangxi Province. A total of 222 climber species belonging to 40 families and 92 genera are identified. The approaches for the application of these climbers in vertical greening are discussed in this paper and some problems should be noted in the process of development and utilization.%指出了江西省马头山自然保护区有野生攀缘植物222种（含种下等级）,分别隶属于40科、92属。通过对攀缘植物种类、生态习性、生物学特征和攀缘习性的调查研究,探讨了它们在园林垂直绿化中的应用,提出了开发利用中应注意的问题。
