基于协同创新的高校科技人才考核机制探索

         

摘要

阐述协同创新模式下高校科技人才考核机制的重要性,结合目前高校科技人才考核的现实状况,指出考核主体差异化、考核体系模式化、团队考核形式化、同行评议亟待优化、考核激励单一化等问题并进行深入分析,探索协同创新视野下的高校科技人才考核机制,提出对策,以促进高校科技人才建设科学化、效益化和可持续化,使科技人才更好地服务高校,服务地区,促进产学研结合发展,推动社会经济发展.%This paper described the importance of the evaluation mechanism for college scientific and technological personnel on the basis of collaborative innovation.Based on the current situation in evaluating research staff, the paper pointed out problems such as the diversity of main body of assessments, inflexibility of the evaluation system, ineffective team evaluation and peer-review models, as well as the simplification of incentive schemes.After an in-depth analysis, the paper proposed improvements on the current evaluation mechanism based on collaborative and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, to promote scientific, efficiency and sustainability of the scientific and technological talents cultivation, and further enhance the integration of production, training and research and eventually promote social and economic development.
