Words like “he , yu , ji and ji qi” in titles of research papers are generally used to express coordinate meanings.Qi in Jiqi may refer to the prior single language unit, the head word of the attribute-head phrase, the modifier of the attribute-head phrase and both the head word and modifier of the attribute-head phrase. Ambiguous meanings may be produced when Qi in Jiqiseems torefer to both the head word and modifier of the attribute-head phrase. The English translation of Jiqi in titles of research papers is “and its / their” or “and”. Sometimes it is not translated directly. Ways as excess cancellation, lack supply and repetition can be used to avoid ambiguity of titles' meanings.%学术语篇标题中较为普遍地使用连词“和、与、及、及其”来表达名词性并列语义。在含“及其”的学术语篇标题中，“其”通常有4种指代情况：（1）指代前面单一语言单位；（2）指代定中短语的中心语；（3）指代定中短语的修饰语；（4）既可指代定中短语的中心语，又可指代修饰语。“其”指代第4种情况时，标题容易产生含混或歧义。学术语篇标题中，“及其”的英译通常有3种：一是and its / their，二是and，三是没有直接译出。采用“去余”“补缺”和“重复”的方法，可以避免含“及其”或“及”学术语篇标题语义含混或岐义现象。
