Three provinces in northeastern China have been making their ettorts to tmprove ana restructure tne~r economy since Chinese government proposed the requirements and planned to revive the economy in northeastern China in 2002. Jilin province, whose comprehensive strength ranks in the middle, though has made great progress in recent years, is still faced with some problems. Therefore, it is of great significance to be well aware of the important factors of economy development. Focusing on these factors, the paper gives quantitative analysis of the economy growth of Jilin province. Through the quantitative analysis, the paper draws some conclusions and makes some suggestions on the government policy in the hope of contributing to the economy growth of Jilin province.%从2002年国家提出东北振兴的要求和计划以来，东北三省都在努力实现经济增长和结构改善。吉林省作为三省中综合实力居中的省份，在实施振兴的几年中，取得了较大成绩，但也面临一定的问题。明确什么是推动吉林发展的重要因素，对于如何振兴吉林有着重要的意义。基于此，对吉林省经济增长做定量分析，并提出相应的政策建议，以期为吉林省振兴提供借鉴。
