Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF)in the treatment of children with Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS),and the influence on neurological function and serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 68 cases of children with GBS were randomly divided into an observation group and acontrol group,with 34 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with high dose of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG),and those in the observation group was treated with IVIG and mNGF.The Hughes limb movement score and Toronto clinical mental lesion score (TCSS)before and after treatment were evaluated.The serum levels of interleukin(IL)-4,IL-21 and IL-23 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results:The total effective rate was 94.12％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.47％) (P＜ 0.05).Compared with the control group,the Hughes and TCSS scores,and serum levels of IL-21 and IL-23 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,while the level of IL-4 was significantly higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion:mNGF combined with IVIG was effective for GBS.It could improve the neurological function and motor function though inhibiting the inflammatory response.%目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)联合丙种球蛋白(IVIG)治疗儿童吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)的临床疗效及对患儿神经功能、血清炎症因子水平的影响.方法:选取2013年2月至2017年2月陕西省宝鸡高新人民医院收治的68例GBS患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例.对照组单纯给予IVIG治疗,观察组给予IVIG联合mNGF治疗.比较两组临床疗效及治疗前、后Hughes肢体运动功能评分、多伦多临床神经系统病变评分(TCSS),并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定患儿血清白介素(IL)-4、IL-21和IL-23水平变化.结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.12％,显著高于对照组的76.47％(P＜0.05).与对照组比较,观察组治疗后的Hughes评分、TCSS评分及血清IL-21和IL-23水平显著降低,而血清IL-4水平明显升高(P＜0.05).结论:mNGF联合IVIG治疗儿童GBS的临床疗效显著,可通过调节血清IL-4、IL-21、IL-23水平减轻炎症反应,改善患儿的神经功能和运动功能.
