以对硝基苯乙酮、硫脲和碘为原料合成2-氨基-4-对硝基苯基噻唑,通过元素分析、红外光谱、1H NMR确定化合物的结构。运用正交实验筛选出最佳的合成工艺条件为:吡啶作为催化剂,对硝基苯乙酮和硫脲的投料比为1:2。%In this paper, 2-amino-4-p-nitrophenyl thiazole is synthesized when 4-Nitroacetophenone, thiourea reacting with iodine. Its struc-ture has been determined by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The optimum synthetic condition is selected by orthogonal experiments. And the re-action mechanism with pyridine as a catalyst is discussed.
