The student counselors are col ege students working part-time in a special team. The building of this team has a positive meaning for the ideological and political education of col ege students. Currently,in a number of specific practices from the perspective of col ege student part-time counselors, there are stil some shortcomings and confusion. Col eges and universities need to strictly guard the entrance, to increase training manage⁃ment, and to adjust the selection and entry time and the establishment of a sound incentive and restraint mechanism for student part-time counselors to strengthen the construction of student part-time counselor team, and then give ful play to the positive value of this team.%学生兼职辅导员是高校学生工作中一支特殊的队伍，该支队伍的建设对于加强大学生思想政治教育工作具有积极的意义。当前，从一些高校的具体做法来看，学生兼职辅导员队伍还存在着一定的不足和困惑。高校需要从严把入口关、加大培训管理力度、调整选拔和入职时间以及建立健全学生兼职辅导员的激励和约束机制等方面入手，加强学生兼职辅导员队伍的建设力度，进而充分发挥这支队伍的积极价值。
