Due to Thailand's relatively superior economic capacity in the Grate Mekong Sub-region, Thailand has been attracted to millions of migrant labors from the Lao PDR, Myanmar and Cambodia since 1990s. Remarkably, the overwhelming majority of the labors are in irregular situation and widespread human rights violations. Thailand government has carried out a series of measures.
