The talent cultivation of application-oriented undergraduates is an important task of college serving for the local economic development,but there are a lot of problems.From the reflections of the problems,this thesis puts forwards the idea of application-oriented talent cultivation in local colleges and universities.%应用型本科人才培养是新时期高校服务地方经济社会发展的重要任务,然而地方高校在应用型本科人才培养过程中却出现了不少问题。从反思地方高校应用型本科人才培养的误区出发,提出了地方高校应用型本科人才培养的思路,并以广西4所地方高校为例,总结了地方本科院校应用型本科人才培养的实践经验。
