ACF负载Ce、N掺杂TiO2光催化剂净化甲醛试验

         

摘要

Three kinds of composite photocatalyst ( Ce-TiO2/ACF, N-TiO2/AcF and Ce-N-TiO2/ACF) are pre-pared by sol-gel method.Formaldehyde is chosen as the target contaminant to study its degradation rate by three different photocatalysts.The results show that the particles on the surface of the photocatalyst are uniform and belong to anatase type.The absorption spectrum of composite photocatalyst appeared red shift.Formaldehyde degradation ability of composite photocatalyst from doped sample is stronger than the undoped sample .The opti-mum doping ratio n ( Ce/TiO2 ) is 0.8%.In contrast to TiO2 , the catalytic efficiency is improved to 17.06%and 15.28% for low concentrations of formaldehyde and for high concentrations of formaldehyde, respectively. The optimum doping ratio of N-doped TiO2 n(N/TiO2) is 1.5%.In contrast to TiO2/ACF, the catalytic effi-ciency increased 1.90% and 9.06% in low concentration of formaldehyde and high concentration of formalde-hyde, respectively.The optimum doping ratio n(Ce):n(N):n(TiO2) is 0.8:6:100 for Ce, N co-doped TiO2. In contrast to TiO2/ACF, the catalytic efficiency for low concentration formaldehyde is increased by 5.04%.%通过溶胶-凝胶法分别制备了Ce-TiO2/ACF 、 N-TiO2/ACF和Ce-N-TiO2/ACF复合光催化剂, 以甲醛为目标污染物, 研究了单一负载Ce、 N催化剂和同时负载Ce、 N催化剂对甲醛降解效率的影响. 试验结果表明: 表面负载的光催化剂颗粒均匀, 为锐钛矿型, 掺杂后的复合光催化剂样品吸收光谱产生了红移; 掺杂后的复合光催化剂样品降解能力强于未掺杂样品; Ce掺杂 TiO2 的最佳掺杂比例 n ( Ce/TiO2 )为0.8%, 相对于未掺杂样品催化净化低浓度甲醛效率提高了 17.06%, 对高浓度的甲醛降解率提高了15.28%; N掺杂TiO2 的最佳掺杂比例n( N/TiO2 )为1.5%, 相对于TiO2/ACF,对低浓度甲醛催化效率提高了1.90%,对高浓度的甲醛降解率提高了9.86%; Ce、N 共掺杂 TiO2 的最佳掺杂比例 n(Ce):n(N):n ( TiO2 )为0.8:6:100, 相对于TiO2/ACF, 对低浓度的甲醛降解率提高了5.04%.
