Medical and edible plant namely Chaenomeles sinensis Koehne yielded in Guizhou is used to evaluate its antioxidant activities of eliminating radieals · OH,02- · and DPPH · by using its extract respectively from ethanol and water. The results showed that the Chaenomeles sinensis Koehne had eertain scavenging effect upon · OH,O2- · and DPPH · and eotdd be employed as natural antioxidants and health eare products.%选取了黔产药食两用植物木瓜,测定了其水提取液和乙醇提取液对自由基.OH、O2-.和DPPH.的清除能力。结果表明,黔产木瓜提取液对.OH、O2-.、DPPH.均具有较强的清除能力,有抗氧化的功效,具有作为天然抗氧化剂和功能性食品进行研究和开发的潜力。
