Objective: To study the effecof intravenouinhalational anesthesiundeNarcotrend monitoon the systemitraumatireaction aftelaparoscopicholecystectomy.Methods: total of 116 patientwith gallstone who received laparoscopisurgery in ouhospital between July 2012 and April 2016 were collected and divided into the combined anesthesigroup (n=65) who accepted intravenouinhalational anesthesiundeNarcotrend monitoand the intravenouanesthesigroup (n=51) who accepted total intravenouanesthesiaftethe anesthesimethodand relevantesresultwere reviewed.One day afteoperation, enzyme-linked immunosorbenassay (ELISA) waused to detecthe serum levelof pain mediatorand inflammation mediators;automatibiochemical analyzewaused to detecthe levelof oxidative stresindexes.Results: One day afteoperation, serum pain mediator5-HT, PGE2, NO and Hlevelof observation group were lowethan those of control group (P<0.05);serum oxidation indexeAOPPand LHP levelof observation group were lowethan those of control group while anti-oxidation indexeCAand GSH-Px levelwere highethan those of control group (P<0.05);serum pro-inflammatory factorIL-6, IL-8 and CRP levelof observation group were lowethan those of control group while anti-inflammatory factorIL-4, IL-10 and IL-13 levelwere highethan those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions: Intravenouinhalational anesthesiundeNarcotrend monitocan reduce the postoperative systemitraumatireaction degree in patientwith laparoscopicholecystectomy.%目的:探讨Narcotrend监测下静吸复合麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术后全身创伤反应程度的影响.方法:收集在本院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的胆囊结石患者116例,回顾麻醉方式及相关检查结果,分为接受Narcotrend监测下静吸复合麻醉的复合麻醉组65例、接受全凭静脉麻醉的静脉麻醉组51例.术后1 d,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清疼痛介质、炎症介质含量;采用全自动生化分析仪检测氧化应激指标含量.结果:术后1 d,观察组血清中疼痛介质5-HT、PGE2、NO、HT含量低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清中氧化指标AOPPs、LHP含量低于对照组,抗氧化指标CAT、GSH-Px含量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清中促炎因子IL-6、IL-8、CRP含量低于对照组,抗炎因子IL-4、IL-10、IL-13含量高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:Narcotrend监测下静吸复合麻醉可减轻腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的术后全身创伤反应程度.
