双歧杆菌联合柳氮磺胺嘧啶对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清炎症因子、免疫功能的影响

         

摘要

目的::观察双歧杆菌联合柳氮磺胺嘧啶对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清炎症因子、免疫功能的影响.方法:将126例 UC 患者随机分为观察组(66例)和对照组(60例).对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶,观察组在对照组的基础上给予双歧杆菌活菌.治疗2月,观察两组血清炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10)及免疫功能(T 淋巴细胞亚群 CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8及免疫球蛋白 IgG、IgA、IgM)的差异.结果:(1)血清炎症因子比较治疗后,两组 TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8下降而 IL-10上升(P <0.05),且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,同期比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(2)T 淋巴细胞亚群比较治疗后,两组 CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8下降而 CD8上升(P >0.05),且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,同期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)免疫球蛋白比较治疗后,两组 IgG、IgA 及 IgM 均明显下降(P <0.05),且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,同期比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论:双歧杆菌联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗 UC 时抑制炎症反应、调节免疫功能作用强于单用柳氮磺胺吡啶.%Objective:To observe the effect of bifidobacteria combined with sulfasalazine on serum inflammatory factors and immune functions in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC).Methods:A total of 126 UC patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group (66 cases)and control group (60 cases).The control group was given sulfasalazine,and the ob-servation group was given bifidobacteria based on the control group.After treatment for 2 months,the differences of serum in-flammatory factors (TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10)and immune function (T lymphocyte subsets CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 and immunoglobulins IgG,IgA,IgM)between the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 in the two groups significantly decreased but IL-10 significantly increased (P <0.05),rangeabilities of the above indexes in observa-tion group were significantly greater than that in control group (P <0.05).CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 in the two groups significantly decreased but CD8 significantly increased (P <0.05),and rangeabilities of the above indexes in observation group were signifi-cantly greater than that in control group (P <0.05).IgG,IgA and IgM in the two groups significantly decreased (P <0.05), and rangeabilities of the above indexes in observation group were significantly greater than that in control group.Conclusions:Compared with alone use of sulfasalazine,bifidobacteria combined with sulfasalazine is more efficient in inhibiting inflammatory reactions and regulating immune functions for the treatment of UC.
