鸟粪石法同步回收发酵液中高质量浓度氮磷

         

摘要

This paper studied the optimal conditions of simultaneous recovery of nitrogen and phosphorus in anaerobic fermentative liquid by magnesium ammonium phosphate precipitation (MAP) , and discussed the effects of MAP precipitation on organics. The orthogonal experiments showed that the effects of four operational factors were different for NH4 +-N and PO4 3-P recovery. For NH4 +-N recovery, the operational factors were as follow:np: nN > pH > time > nMg: np, and for PO43-P recovery, the operational factors were as follow; pH > nMg: np > nP- nN > time. The optiming experiments indicated that the best conditions were as follow; the pH was 10. 0 ,nMg: np the was 1.8, the np:nN was 1.6, and the reaction time was 5 min. Adopting these conditions, the recovery efficiency of NH4 + -N and PO43-P was 62. 3% and 94. 1% , respectively. Then, the concentrations of organics in fermentative liquid were slightly decreased.%以剩余污泥碱性发酵液为研究对象,考察鸟粪石沉淀法(MAP法)同时回收氮磷的最佳条件及对发酵液中有机物的影响.正交试验结果表明,分别以氨氮(NH4+—N)和正磷酸盐(PO43-—P)回收率为考察标准,四个环境因素的显著性分别依次为:nP∶nN> pH>反应时间>nMg∶nP、pH>nMg:np> np∶nN>反应时间.各个环境因素的优化分析结果表明,最佳的回收条件为:pH=10.0、nMg∶np=1.8、np∶nN =1.6、反应时间为5 min,此时NH4+—N和的PO43-—P回收率分别为62.3%和94.1%,同时发酵液中的有机物随着鸟粪石沉淀的析出也略有减少.
