絮凝剂对改善MBR混合液过滤性能的研究

         

摘要

为考察不同种类絮凝剂对改善MBR混合液过滤性能的效果,选取3种常用絮凝剂:硫酸铝(Al2(SO4)3· 18H2O),聚合硫酸铁(PFS),聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),按不同质量浓度梯度分别投加到100mL MBR混合液中,测定其对应污泥比阻值.结果表明,A12( SO4)3·18H2O、PFS、PAM的最佳投加量分别为400、500和20 mg/L.将3种絮凝剂以最佳投加量分别投加到MBR反应器中,在完成一个试验周期后,考察试验周期的长短,以确定不同絮凝剂对膜污染延缓的程度.试验结果显示,PFS - MBR运行周期时间最长,其次是PAM - MBR,投加A12(SO4)3·18H2O的装置运行周期最短.因此,3种絮凝剂对MBR混合液过滤性能的改善效果为:PFS> PAM> A12 (SO4)3·18H2O.%For investigating the effect of ameliorating filterability of MBR sludge with different kinds of flocculants, three typical flocculants were tested: Al2(SO4)3 · 18H2O, PFS, PAM. Each of them added in 100 mL MBR ( membrane bioreactor) sludge with different dosage, and measured corresponding sludge specific resistance. The results showed that the optimum dosages of the three types of flocculants was 400 mg Al2(SO4)3 · 18H2O , 500 mg PFS and 20 mg PAM per liter waste sludge. Three types of flocculants were added into MBR with the optimum dosage. To determine the effects of three types of flocculants on reducing membrane fouling, the length of testing period was compared each other. The results indicated that the operation duration of PFS - MBR was longest one. PAM - MBR was longer than Al2(SO4)3 · 18H2O -MBR. Accordingly, the best effective floceulants was PFS, and PAM was less effective than PFS. The worst effective flocculants was Al2(SO4)3 · 18H2O.
