石英音叉温度传感器测试系统

         

摘要

石英音叉温度传感器一种高精度准数字温度传感器,输出为频率信号.它采用石英音叉谐振器作为热敏元件,将外界温度的变化转换为石英音叉谐振器谐振频率的变化.为实现对该传感器特性的测试,开发了基于LabVIEW的特性测试系统,为进一步优化传感器的性能打下基础.由实验结果表明,在0℃到100℃的温度范围内,该传感器的灵敏度为2.979 Hz/℃,迟滞度为0.023%,非线性误差为0.019%,分辨力为0.05℃.该传感器具有体积小、灵敏度高、稳定性好等优点;其测试系统数据准确可靠、性能稳定,为该传感器的特性提供了一种可行的解决方案.%Quartz tuning fork temperature sensors (QTFTS) is a kind of high precision digital temperature sensor,which has digital signal output and uses quartz tuning fork resonant device as thermal applications.It can convert the change of ambient temperature to the change of resonance frequency of quartz tuning fork resonator.Aimed at to study the characteristics and provide theory basis for further optimization of the sensor,the test system for QTFTS based on LabVIEW has been successfully developed.The experimental results show that in 0℃ to 100℃ temperature range,the sensor has a high thermo-sensitivity of 2.979 Hz/℃,hysteresis degree of 0.023%,linearity of 0.019% and resolution of 0.05℃ respectively.The results show that the sensors have the advantages of small bulk,low cost,high precision and so on.Furthermore,the test system features good stability and reliability,furthermore,it provides a feasible solution for testing the characteristics of the sensor.
