不同芯子构型格栅结构冲击实验与分析

         

摘要

基于先进复合材料格栅结构(AGS)有较强的可设计性和多种优良性能,研究其在动态载荷作用下的吸能性能.本文设计并制作了三类芯子构型-正方形芯型、六边形芯型和三角形芯型的试件,采用实验研究和理论分析相结合的方法,研究了其在动载作用下的力学行为和吸能性能.并利用载荷峰值和试件相对密度求得了比吸能和比载荷,并从这三类芯子构型试件实验结果比较中得到吸能性能优化的满意效果.%Based on advanced composite grid structure which can be designed and has a variety of excellent performance, we study the energy absorption properties of lightweight composite materials under dynamic loads. In this paper, three types of core-type configuration specimen-square core structure, hexagonal core structure and triangular core structure, are designed and produced. A method of combining the theoretical analysis and experimental study is used to study the mechanical behavior and energy absorption properties of three types of core-type configuration specimen under the dynamic loads. The peak values and the relative density are combined to obtain the specific energy and the specific load, thus energy-absorbing properties of these three categories configuration can be compared.
