欧洲高等教育区信息化改革背景下 我国职前教师培养模式探析

         

摘要

After the establishment of the European Higher Education Area,the universities developed a new character of unification.Teacher training and development in the information environment has become popular research topic in all kinds of teacher universities.Firstly,teacher training models,such as seminars,case studies,tutorial system,virtual communication,reciprocal development,are studied in terms of concepts,goals,limitations and critical issues.The '3+1' teacher education model based on China's information environment is proposed to promote teacher professional development.%欧洲高等教育区成立后,其大学发展呈现出一体化新特征,信息化环境中教师教育发展成为各师范高校探索的课题.文章首先探讨了信息化改革背景下公开研讨课、案例研究、导师制、虚拟对接、互助发展学校等教师专业发展模式的含义、目标、局限及关键问题,进而提出"基于我国信息化环境中'3+1'教师教育发展模式",以此促进教师专业化发展.
