施用保水剂对仁用杏光合特性的影响

         

摘要

为探讨持续干旱条件下,施用不同浓度的保水剂对仁用杏光合特性的影响,以2年生仁用杏‘优一’品种为试材,采用盆栽拌土法施用农林抗旱保水剂,在自然干旱条件下连续处理35 d.结果表明施用保水剂可以缓解仁用杏叶片叶绿素分解和叶色变黄速度,浓度为0.2%、0.3%和0.4%处理叶绿素总含量比对照分别提高19.79%、24.38%和37.26%;随保水剂施用浓度的增加仁用杏净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率、光饱和点、光补偿点、最大净光合速率、暗呼吸速率表观量子效率均成上升的趋势,其中浓度为0.4%处理较对照增长量最大,净光合速率,气孔导度和水分利用效率分别较对照提高了32.51%、7.95%和31.25%;胞间CO2浓度随施用浓度的增加而降低.因此施用保水剂可缓解水分胁迫,提高仁用杏光合生理能力,在适宜浓度范围内,光合生理特性随保水剂施用的增加而增强,本试验最适浓度为0.4%.%In order to investigate the effects of different concentrations of Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) on the Photosynthetic Characteristics of Kernel apricot under continuous drought condition,two years old prunnus arenisca cv.'youyi'were used as the experimental material in this experiment,used potted soil method.The treatment was continued for 35 days under natural drought condition.The results showed that the application of SAP could alleviate the chlorophyll decomposition and leaf color yellowing rate of apricot leaves.The total content of chlorophyll increased by 19.79%,24.38% and 37.26% compared with the control at the concentrations of 0.2 %,0.3 % and 0.4 %,respectively.With the application of SAP the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,water use rate,light saturation point,light compensation point,maximum net photosynthetic rate and dark respiration rate of apricots tended to increase,the concentration of 0.4% increased the most compared with the control.Net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and water use efficiency were increased by 32.51%,7.95% and 31.25 % respectively compared with the control.The intercellular CO2 concentration decreased with the increase of application concentration.Therefore,the application of SAP can alleviate water stress,improve apricot photosynthetic physiologicalcapacity.In the appropriate concentration range,photosynthetic physiological characteristicsincreased with the application of SAP,the optimal concentration of 0.4 %.
