黄连木雌花芽形态分化期叶片氮、磷、钾含量变化研究

         

摘要

In order to reveal nutrition characteristics of the Pistacia chinensis Bunge during the female flower bud differentiation, the changes of N,P,K contents in leaves during the female flower bud differentiation were studied. The results showed that the contents of N,P,K were highest in initial differentiation phase, 18.28,3.87,17.78 g/kg respectively, and then decreased during the female flower bud differentiation. The contents of P and K were lower in flower bud leaves than that of leaf bud leaves during most of the differentiation phase, and the contents of N were lower in flower bud leaves than that of leaf bud leaves during differentiation peak phase. Leaf N,P,K contents decreased during flower primordium differentiation phase, and more N,P,K was needed during flower primordium colony differentiation peak period, but compared to the initial differentiation stage, leaf N, P, K contents change alleviation. After August, the pistil primordium differentiation was predominant, the differentiation of flower bud became slow, leaf N,P,K contents began to increase, and flower bud enrich, the contents of N, P, K still decreased.%为揭示黄连木(Pistacia chinensis Bunge)雌花芽形态分化期的营养特性,对黄连木雌花芽形态分化各时期叶片内氮、磷、钾含量变化进行了研究.结果表明:在黄连木雌花芽形态分化过程中花芽节位叶片中氮、磷、钾含量均为花芽分化始期含量最高,分别为18.28,3.87,17.78 g/kg,此后,在花芽分化过程中均有所下降.雌花芽分化过程中,磷和钾含量绝大部分时间花芽节位叶片低于叶芽节位叶片,氮含量在雌花芽群体分化高峰期花芽节位叶片低于叶芽节位叶片.在雌花芽各花器官原基相继出现时,叶片内氮、磷、钾含量下降显著,在花芽群体分化的高峰,各花器官原基大量重叠出现的时期也需要较高的氮、磷、钾量,但较各花器官原基分化出现的初始阶段叶片内氮、磷、钾含量变化缓和.8月份以后主要为雌蕊原基的分化,花芽分化变缓,叶片氮、磷、钾含量有所回升,花芽进一步充实,仍需消耗一定量的氮、磷、钾.
