Human resource development in higher vocational schools is vital to these schools,and is also the keystone to guarantee higher teaching quality and education level. How-ever,the development of human resources in higher voca-tional schools is rather weak currently. Therefore,correct po-sitioning,fully development of human resources,innovation of teachers introduction and cultivation patterns,as well as better management and higher efficiency of human resources are all necessary for the sustainable development of higher vocational schools.% 高职院校教师队伍人力资源的开发对高职院校的发展有着重要的作用，是教学质量与职业技术教育水平的重要保障。从未来发展分析，高职院校必须明确自身的定位，充分重视人力资源的开发功能，创新人才引进模式与人才培养方式，加强对人力资源的管理，提高人力资源的使用效率和效益，促进高职院校的持续发展。
