供给侧结构性改革是当下学术界和时政最热门的话题，也是学术界争论的焦点。供给侧结构性改革的宏观背景是我国经济发展处于增长速度换档期、结构调整阵痛期和前期刺激政策消化期的“三期叠加”的阶段。供给侧结构性改革在坚持中国特色社会主义政治经济学的基础上，批判吸收西方经济学一切合理的部分。并在此基础上提出了“一核心、两只手、三调整、四改革、五发力”的改革路径。%The supply side reform is not only the most popular topic among the current academic circles and politics,but the focus of academic debate as well. The macro background of the supply side reform is that our economic development experiences periods of growth rate shifts,structural adjustment pains and digestion of the early stimulating policies,the three-period superimposed periods. On the basis of adhering to the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the supply side reform critically absorbs all the reasonable parts of the western economics,and on the basis of the above,the reform path "one core,two hands,three adjustments,four reforms and five forces" is put forward.
