As a novel smart sensor, fiber Bragg grating (FBG) attracts more and more attention. Phase mask method can reduce the difficulty of the production of FBG greatly, and the excellent stability of FBG makes industrial production possible. To achieve industrial production, its production process is particularly important. To create grating, phase mask method is used in conventional single-mode fiber G. 652. Trough the experiment, manufacturing process parameter is determined, which provides a reference for industrial production of grating.%作为一种新型智能传感器件,光纤布拉格光栅(fiber Bragg grating,简称FBG)在传感领域的应用越来越引起人们的重视.在光纤光栅制作方法中,相位模板法使光纤光栅的制作难度大大降低,其优异的稳定性使得工业化生产光纤光栅成为可能,要实现产业化生产,其制作工艺尤为重要.采用常规通信单模光纤G.652,用相位掩模板和准分子激光器制作FBG.通过实验对比,确定相位掩膜法制作FBG生产工艺参数,为光纤光栅的产业化生产提供参考.
