The voltage and current will fluctuate greatly during the electromoter's starting procession,and this fluctuating can cause the wrong alarming tool's on-line monitoring and controlling system. This paper ,based on a great deal of the experiment data,describes the properties of this problem and introduces the method of dealing with the problem on the properties of Single Chip Microcontroller.%机床的启动对电流和电压有较大的冲击，这种冲击会引起机床在线监测系统的误报警，在大量实验的基础上阐述此类问题的特点，并针对单片机系统说明问题解决的方法。
