《景德传灯录》卷八《浮杯和尚》出现了两例＂徛死＂,但对＂徛死＂的解释目前却难以令人满意。我们考察文献的用例之后发现：一、＂徛死＂的＂徛＂就是＂站立＂义,＂徛死＂还有＂猗死＂、＂伎死＂和＂跂死＂等不同写法;二、＂徛死＂是一种带有嘲弄、蔑视感情色彩的说法,有＂呆板、愚笨＂的意思。%There are two examples of " Jisi(徛死)" in Fubei Monk(Jingde Chuandenglu,Issue No.8),but the explanation of " Jisi(徛死)" is unsatisfactory at present.By examining literature,we find that " Ji(徛)" of " Jisi(徛死)" should be understood as the meaning of " to stand " and " Jisi(徛死)" also has some other forms such as " Yisi(猗死)"," Jisi(伎死)" and " Qisi(跂死)",etc." Jisi(徛死)" has the meaning " stiff " or " stupid " which was compounded of sardonic and scornful emotion.
