棉花内生细菌HB3S-20对棉花黄萎病的生防效果评估及其鉴定

         

摘要

为了进一步发掘棉花黄萎病的生防菌株,从棉花中分离内生菌并通过温室试验进行初筛,获得1株具有较好生防活性的细菌菌株HB3S-20,其温室平均防效为62.57%.大田试验采用移栽时灌根的方式,结果表明,该菌株能够减轻棉花黄萎病的发生,防效为54.67%.通过形态鉴定和16S rDNA序列比对,该菌株被鉴定为恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida).室内测定的结果表明,其对大丽轮枝菌具有抑菌活性,抑菌率为47.30%;利用CAS培养基进行检测,菌株HB3S-20能够产生嗜铁素物质.另外,菌株HB3S-20对棉花植株具有一定的促生作用,能够使株高、鲜质量显著增加.综上,恶臭假单胞菌HB3S-20菌株是防治棉花黄萎病的潜在生防菌株,具有良好的应用价值.%In order to further explore the biocontrol strains of cotton Verticillium wilt,an endophytic bacterium HB3S-20 from cotton was screened by greenhouse experiment,which had good biocontrol effect on cotton Verticillium wilt(62.57% on average).The results of field trial showed that the disease indexes of cotton Verticilillium wilt were decreased by watering seedling roots with the bacterium suspension of the strain HB3S-20 after transplantation, and the biocontrol effect was 54.67%. According to the morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis, the strain HB3S-20 was identified as Pseudomonas putida.The result of laboratory test showed that the HB3S-20 was effective in inhibiting the mycelium growth of Verticillium dahliae,and the inhibition rate was 47.30%.The CAS medium detection demonstrated that the HB3S-20 could produce siderophore. Meanwhile,HB3S-20 had growth-promoting effect on the height and biomass of cotton by pot experiment.This study indicated that the strain HB3S-20 was potentially valuable in the biological control of cotton Verticillium wilt,and had favorable practical prospects.
