为了探讨低浓度混合重金属污染物短期内对鲫鱼血红蛋白中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力的影响,选用鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)为研究对象,以煤矸石浸出液作为低浓度混合重金属污染物,在实验室条件下研究了鲫鱼血红蛋白中CAT活力的变化.结果表明:试验组CAT活力[(0.71±0.27)U/mg]显著低于对照组CAT活力[(1.21±0.50) U/mg].表明短期低浓度混合重金属污染抑制了鲫鱼血红蛋白中CAT的活力.%To study the influence of low concentration mixed heavy metal contamination in a short time on the CAT activity of Hb in Carassius auratus, the fishes were laboratory cultured in the leaching solution of coal gangue from October 2010 to January 2011. The results showed that the average activity of CAT in the experimental group (0. 71±0. 27 U/mg) was significantly lower than that of the control group (1. 20±0. 50 U/mg). This indicated that the CAT activity in Hb can be inhibited by the short-term effect of low concentration mixed heavy metal contamination.
