PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing an influence of hemoglobin in measurement of glycosylated hemoglobin in a hemoglobin-containing sample.;SOLUTION: The method for suppressing an influence of hemoglobin in measurement of glycosylated hemoglobin in a hemoglobin-containing sample includes carrying out, in the presence of a halogen oxide, a reaction for allowing a proteolytic enzyme to act on a sample containing hemoglobin in the presence of a cationic surfactant selected from a group consisting a pyridinium salt and a phosphonium salt and then allowing fructosyl peptide oxidase to act on the sample; and measuring hydrogen peroxide generated from the reaction.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
