栽培忍冬茎叶活性成分含量测定及其抑菌活性研究

         

摘要

为了解栽培忍冬茎叶的药用价值及其粗提物的抑菌活性,采用分光光度法测定了栽培忍冬茎叶、忍冬花蕾及野生忍冬花蕾活性成分的含量,并采用滤纸片法测定了忍冬茎叶粗提物不同萃取部位对7种常见病原菌的抑制效果.结果表明,忍冬茎叶中的总酚酸、总黄酮及可溶性总糖的含量分别为12.74 mg/g、21.64 mg/g、77.40 mg/g;不同样品总酚酸含量大小顺序是忍冬茎叶<野生忍冬花蕾<忍冬花蕾,总黄酮含量大小顺序是野生忍冬花蕾<忍冬茎叶<忍冬花蕾,可溶性总糖含量大小顺序是野生忍冬花蕾<忍冬花蕾<忍冬茎叶.栽培忍冬乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯部分对辣椒疫霉病原菌、黄瓜枯萎病原菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等病原菌抑菌效果最好,抑菌环的直径分别为2.72mm、3.10mm、3.05 mm,其最小抑菌质量浓度分别为20 g/L、10 g/L、15 g/L.人工引种栽培可有效提高忍冬药材内在品质;栽培忍冬茎叶粗提物的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部分抑菌活性较强.%In order to study the medicinal value of the stems and leaves of cultivated L. Japonica, and the antibacterial activity of the crude extracts,this paper determinated the effective constituents in the stems and leaves, the flower of the cultivated and wild L. Japonica. The antibacterial activities against seven common bacteria from different extraction of crude extracts of the stems and leaves of cultivated L. Japonica were studied by the filter paper method. The results showed that total phenol,flavonoids and total soluble sugar in the stems and leaves of cultivated L. Japonica were 12. 74 mg/g,21. 64 mg/g and 77. 40 mg/g, respectively. The order of the content of total phenol was the stems and leaves of cultivated L. Japonica < the flower of the wild L. Japonica-^ the flower of the cultivated L. Japonica; the order of the content of flavonoids was the flower of the wild L. Japonica<^the stems and leaves of cultivated L. Japonica
