复配基质对盆栽潢川金桂的影响

         

摘要

采用玉米秸秆发酵基质、炉渣、珍珠岩3种材料,以不同的体积比配成9种混合基质,研究复配基质对盆栽潢川金桂的影响.结果表明,处理9基质(玉米秸秆发酵基质:炉渣:珍珠岩=3:1:3)的容重、总孔隙度和电导率分别为0.40 g/cm3、88.19%、1.05 ms/cm,优于其他处理.处理9盆栽潢川金桂的株高、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和净光合速率较高,分别为42.09 cm(10月14日)、3.144 mg/g(8月13日)、5.285 mg/g(8月13日)、9.20 μmol/(m2·s)(8月13日),均优于对照(园土).因此,处理9复配基质可以作为潢川金桂盆栽较理想的基质.%Nine substrates with different volume proportions were prepared using three materials (maize straw,pearlite and cinder) , and used to study the effect of these 9 substrates on the growth of Huang Chuan Jin Gui. The result showed that under the substrate of the treatment 9 (the volume of maize straw, pearlite and cinder was 3 : 1 ! 3) had the physical and chemical properties of volume-weight(0. 40 g/cm3 ), porosity (88. 19%) and electric conductivity valued. 05 ms/cm) , and was better than the other treatments. Under this treatment,plant height,chlorophyll content, soluble protein content,and Pn of Huang Chuan Jin Gui were 42. 09 cm,3. 144 mg/g,5. 285 mg/g and 9. 20 ;xmol/(m2 ? S) , better than those of the control. Hence, the substrate in treatment 9 could be selected as the ideal substrate for potted Huang Chuan Jin Gui.
