南方根结线虫侵染对菠菜中20-羟基蜕皮素含量的影响

         

摘要

以南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita(Kofoid and White)ChitWood)卵接种菠菜,采用高效液相色谱分析方法研究了根结线虫侵染对菠菜地上部分中20-羟基蜕皮素(20E)含量的影响.结果表明,菠菜地上部分20E含量随植株生长发育而变化,表现为接种后5~10d时增加,10~20d时下降,之后再升高.在线虫侵染情况下,菠菜地上部分20E含量明显增加,接种5 d时,较健康菠菜增加25.6mg/kg,10~15d时增加101.6~128.7mg/kg,20d和25d的增加量分别为59.2mg/kg和95.2 mg/kg.线虫侵染诱导菠菜植株体内20E含量增加,可能是菠菜对线虫侵染的一种保护反应.%The dominant ecdysteroid in spinach, Spinacia olearacea L. , is 20 hydrooxyecdysone (20E). Spinach was inoculated by eggs of root-knot nematode(Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid and White) Chitwood), and 20E content in the shoot of spinach was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The result indicated that 20E content of spinach shoot changed along with plants'development, that was, increasing at 5 - 10 days post inoculation(dpi), decreasing at 5-10 dpi and increasing again thereafter. The 20E content of spinach shoot was obviously higher after infection by nematodes than that without infection. It was increased by 25.6 mg/kg at 5dpi, 101.6- 128.7 mg/kg at 10- 15 dpi, 59.2 and 95.2 mg/kg at 20 and 25 dpi, respectively. The 20E is inferred to protect spinach from root-knot nematode and increase of the content may confer a mechanism for nematode resistance.
