蛋鸡养殖户讨价还价行为效果分析

         

摘要

利用实地调研数据,实证分析了蛋鸡养殖户讨价还价行为效果.研究表明,养殖户鸡蛋销售渠道单一,仅有20.41%的养殖户在鸡蛋交易中会有讨价还价行为.户主受教育程度、养殖年限、合作社作为基础变量显著影响了养殖户鸡蛋销售价格的提高,讨价还价行为在养殖户为增加收入而争取提高鸡蛋出售价格的过程中起到了关键作用.此外,养殖户与收购主体之间的口头协议或文本合同限定了鸡蛋价格,影响了养殖户为了获得超额利润而争取更高的鸡蛋出售价格.最后,提出了提升蛋鸡养殖户市场地位以及稳定鸡蛋出售价格的对策建议.%In this article, from the perspective of laying hens breeding farmers, the author has ana-lyzed the factors affecting farmers to raise the selling price of their eggs with the Tobit model based on field survey data. The research results show that:the laying hens breeding farmers' sales channels are limited;only 20.41% of the farmers bargain in the transaction. Through empirical analysis,it is found that breeding farmers' educational background,farming years and cooperative as basic variables have significant influence on the raising of the selling price of farmers' eggs,while the bargaining behavior play a key role when breeding farmers strive for a higher selling price in order to increase their income. In addition,the verbal agreement or text contract between the breeding farmer and the acquirer defines the price of the egg,which affects the price of the egg sold in order to obtain excess profits. According to the conclusions above,the article has given countermeasures and suggestions on how to increase lay-ing hens breeding farmers' market position and how to increase the selling price of eggs.
