To study the therapeutic effect of rChIFN-α on cryptosporidiosis in chicken, 3-day-old chicken were used to be inoculated 1 × 105 oocysts of Cryptosporidium baileyi per bird. Meanwhile,500, 1 000, 2 000, 4 000 IU of rChIFN-α were inoculateded for per chicken in each group respectively. The results showed that different dosage of rChIFN-α had the different therapeutic effect. However,they all could reduce the clinical symptoms of cryptosporidiosis caused by C. baileyi and the body weight loss, improved the weight gain of immune organs, enhanced the immune fuction, and decreased the number of oocyst shedding. Among which, the dosage of 1 000 IU per chicken performed the best effect on curation in this experiment.%为探讨重组鸡α干扰素(IFN-α)对雏鸡贝氏隐孢子虫病的治疗作用,选用3日龄罗曼公雏,每只经口1次接种1×105个贝氏隐孢子虫卵囊,同时对不同组别雏鸡分别肌内注射500,1 000,2 000,4 000 IU·只-1的重组鸡IFN-α进行防治.结果表明,不同剂量重组鸡IFN-α均可减轻雏鸡贝氏隐孢子虫病的临床症状,减少雏鸡体重损失,促进免疫器官增重,提高机体免疫功能,降低排卵囊量,其中以肌内注射1 000 IU·只-1剂量治疗效果最好.
