Taking anthers from Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch as expants,the plantlet regeneration system has been established through organgenesis. The results showed that pretreatment of anther (treated at 4℃ for 3 d ) has a positive effect on callus induction the optimum medium components for callus induction were found to be 20mg·L-1 MS+2,4-D+10mg·L-6-A+0.5mg·L-1'KT,and for callus differentiation was 10mg·L-1MS+IAA+10mg·L-6-BA.%以怀地黄花药为外植体,通过器官发生途径建立怀地黄再生植株体系.结果表明,在4℃条件下预处理3d有利于愈伤组织的诱导；愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为2.0 mg·L-1MS +2,4 -D +0.5 mg·L-16 -BA +2.0 mg·L-1KT;愈伤组织分化不定芽的最佳培养基为10 mg·L-1MS +IAA +10 mg·L-16 - BA.
