校企一体与校企合作人才培养模式的比较

         

摘要

校企一体与校企合作是职业教育两种常用的人才培养模式.两种模式具有相同的目标指向性、人才培养的促进性、受体的一致性及不断反馈与调节等共性特征,但组织结构和法律地位、形成的基础、工作组织形式、人才培养的实施路径和效果及工作评价方式与评价结果的运用等方面又有明显区别.通过比较发现,校企一体人才培养模式更能有效促进职业教育发展.%Connotation of personnel training modes are different between school-enterprise integration and cooperation,in which both share the same goal direction,the promotion of personnel training,the consistency of receptor and the common features of constant feedback and adjustment of receptor.However,there are great differences in the organizational structure and legal status,foundation,work organization forms,implementation path and effect of personnel training,evaluation ways and the application of evaluation results,etc.By a comparative analysis,we found that the integration of school-enterprise training mode could promote more effectively the development of vocational education.
