试论高校课程实施对教师的要求--从当下部分高校转型为应用型大学谈起

         

摘要

Vocational education reform in colleges and universities in China will be major changes in higher educa -tion,with the core of curriculum reform issues .Part of Colleges will transform to applied -type colleges,which focus on macro courses design of utility ,practical competence and skills training .The courses implementation would pro-pose a lot of new requirements for college teachers ,which reflected in the aspects such as the innovation of thoughts and recognition,the change of education ideas ,self re-orientation,the diversification of courses implementation ,re-newed knowledge system ,the improvement of courses evaluation ability and courses creativity ,and so on .%目前,部分高校要转型为应用型大学,进行注重应用、注重实践能力和技能培养的宏观课程设计,必将对高校教师的素质提出诸多新的要求,体现在革新思想认识、转变教育观念、重新定位自身角色、更新知识体系、提高课程评价能力和课程创生能力等多个方面。
