基于解析几何的三维装配约束求解

         

摘要

为解决三维装配中约束求解因沿用二维约束中的数值迭代算法而存在的求解效率不高等问题,提出了基于解析几何中刚体运动的装配约束求解方案.在对装配约束进行抽象后,将其分类和定义成几何元素间的三种位置关系.然后,分析了解析几何中的刚体的运动规律,并在该规律基础上,结合装配组件多为刚体的特点,提出了三维约束求解的解析方法.最后,通过一个实例对求解的关键作了具体的说明.%The methods to solve 3D assembly constraints are often derived from numerical iteration algorithm using in the 2D assembly constraints,of which the efficiency is not high. In order to overcome this defect and obtain an efficient method,it has provided a schame to solve 3D assembly constraints based on the motion of rigid body in analytic geometry.Having classified and defined the assembly constraints abstractly,it analyses the law of rigid body motion in analytic geometry,and puts forword a analytic approach to solve 3D assembly constraints as the assembly elements are rigid bodies.Finally,it has explained the key of this approach by an example.
