目的:通过调节温度鉴别旋毛虫肌幼虫的活性。方法人工消化法收集纯净的肌幼虫,将肌幼虫分别置于3种温度下,观察肌幼虫的形态特点。结果4℃时,活肌幼虫虫体蜷曲呈螺旋状,活动力弱;37℃时,活肌幼虫虫体呈屈曲样运动,运动活泼;将肌幼虫置100℃温度时,幼虫致死,幼虫虫体呈C字形或虫体内部结构崩解。结论旋毛虫肌幼虫的活虫在4℃时虫体蜷曲,37℃时虫体运动活泼;死亡虫体呈C字形或虫体内部结构崩解。%Objective To find a new method that for motion the activity in vitro of muscle larvae of T richinella spiralis by controlling the temperature .Methods The muscle larvae were collected by the artificial digestion protocol . The body characteristics of muscle larvae were observed under different temperature conditions . Results The motion of the muscle larvae was characteristically spiral like at 4℃ but they were more active at 37℃ . The muscle larvae were killed in 100℃ water , their shape became �C" like and their internal fine structure became disordered . Conclusion The live muscle larvae�s movement was spiral like at 4℃ and their activity was greater at 37℃ . The dead muscle larvae were�C" shaped and their internal structure was disrupted .
