Based on the spectrophotometry detection technique,we established a rapid analysis method for determining the protein content in samples. In the experiment, the protein in the samples quickly reacted with coomassie brilliant blue G-2S0 to generate a colored combination, the absorption value of the combination at the maximum absorption wavelength of 610 nm was proportional to the protein concentration in the samples,with the linear range of 0 to 100 n-g/mL and linear coefficiency of 0.997. The method completed in 2 minutes,and could be used for the rapid determination of protein content in samples.%基于分光光度法检测技术,建立了样品中蛋白质含量的快速分析方法.利用试样中蛋白质与染色剂考马斯亮蓝G-250间的快速结合反应,生成有色结合物,在最大吸收波长610 nm处生成物吸光值与样品中蛋白质浓度成比例,线性范围0~ 100 μg/mL,相关系数为0.997,检测时间少于2 rain,可用于样品中蛋白质含量的快速测定.
