权力感影响创造力的中介机制

         

摘要

基于权力的情境聚焦理论,以权力认知为视角深入研究了个体权力感和创造力的关系及其作用机制。通过对中央财经大学110名被试的问卷分析,采用回归等方法进行数据分析。研究结果发现,个体的权力感和创造力之间成正相关,认知灵活性和心理可得性在权力和创造力之间起到双重中介作用。%Based on the situated focus theory of power, the study is conducted to explore the relationship between people’s sense of power and creativity, as well as the inner cognitive mechanisms from the perspective of power recognition. Our sample consists of 110 university students in the Central University of Finance and Economics. To test our hypotheses, we used regression analysis. The result shows that there is a positive correlation between people’s sense of power and creativity, and this relationship is mediated by cognitive flexibility and psychological availability.
